Side note, I got one of those "I'm living in the future" feelings partway through the video as a guy on the ground was recording (in HD, of course) the snowboarder using the jet thrusters, who was being followed by an aerial drone carrying a video camera. And yet we just take that for granted these days

He was hauling ass pretty good, it looks expensive though and they would need to design the entire system to be watertight if you gonna use it from say, a surfboard.

As a snowboarder this would be pretty awesome for avoiding lift lines.
