In what will likely surprise no one, Hillary personally signed off on top aide Huma Abedin change of job status allowing her to begin working for a private consulting firm while remaining at the State Department. Just another day in the life of the Democratic elite - use your political position to strip mine the taxpayer of whatever you can while lining yourself up to profit in your next private sector job. Just ensure you make the appropriate noises about how "wealth inequality is bad" and the people you're bamboozling will defend you with every ounce of energy they have because they think you're 'on the side of the little guy.'

Ah, another conspiracy theorist that doesn't source their news from Huffpo, Jezebel, or TYT.

Same groups were attacking Bill Clinton with same innuendos. Americans did really well during Bill Clinton's presidency though.

This is true, I saw coverage on MSN last night. Suspicious but completely legal. I'd wager if we dug around every Politician is going to have people they know working in a big job somewhere.
Its sad I feel this way but its to be accepted.
It was reported she made 350k per year at her second job.

Just another Hilary lie.

Was it not one month ago that Hilary said she had nothing to do with this?

Yes Yes she did

"“Well, you know, I was not directly involved in that,” Mrs. Clinton replied. "

But as a liberal/democrat that means nothing to her supporters.

Why should it be accepted, because everyone else is doing it and it's not against some law?

When you are a public servant you must not only avoid improprieties but also the appearance of improprieties, not just is it legal or not.

Same people going batshit about Hillary were going batshit about Cllinton when things were great. Then Bush "restored dignity and integrity," thousands of Americans died on 9/11 in Iraq, Afghanistan, trillions of dollars were wasted, but those groups strangely went quiet. But now the are back.

As if Republicans never hand out jobs (especially government jobs) to their completely unqualified crony friends, such as Heck-Of-A-Job Brownie.

She plays Washington the way Washington is played. Nothing more, nothing less. Nobody say's it's right, but it is what it is. You have to play the system the way it is, and the way it is, is exactly the way the republicans want it.

I wonder which upset the OP more over his loss of taxpayer money issue:
This job listing difference for a position private firm while also working for a government one?
Or was it the taxpayer money lost by Cheney/Halliburton/Blackwater which was no less than $6.6 billion lost? (Lost. Disappeared. No idea where it went. Vanished. Poof!) Could have been even more than $10 billion!

Are you REALLY quoting a poll that surveyed equal numbers of democrats, republicans, and independents? Do you think that there are an equal number of each group in this country?
I bet if you only surveyed Glenn Beck's audience you could get even more skewed results!

By "shenanigans", you mean actions that 99% of politicians take once they're in office.

Ok then. Thanks for the update.

Wait, is that an example of me defending HRC?!? It must be, because I'm pointing out what happens here in observable reality.

Illustrates the whole point of the email "scandal" beautifully. It's an excuse to dig through someone's email to find shit to fling around. Nothing more.

Ugh. Look, I'll be the first to admit that Hillary Clinton's shit stinks just like everyone else's, but at a certain point enough is enough. From "Hillarycare" to Whitewater, to Lewinsky, to quips about Bill for first lady, to Behngazi, to the email scandal - I've spent my entire adult life and a significant part of my childhood watching the right throw accusation after accusation against her, without regard to real-world legitimacy, just to see if anything sticks. At some point, even legitimate accusations seem to not matter anymore. Its all sound and fury, signifying nothing.

For once, just once, can we discuss her on the merits of her policies?

This. The GOP is the party that cries wolf. They've shamelessly lied for so long in so many ways that even if they do happen to tell the truth now, no rational people are listening.

Don't forget that she was too involved with Mr. Clintons Presidency according to mid 90s Conservatives now they claim she has no experience. One has to be wrong either she was deeply involved with an administration that eliminated the national debt, left with a surplus and made major reforms to social welfare or the guys in the mid 90s were just throwing dirt. Which was it?
