The fact that the votes weren't going to count, that Hillary agreed they weren't going to count, then when it became evident that she was desperate for extra delegates, she wants the rules changed to her advantage to now count the delegates.

Democracy is not only about counting all the ballots; it's about fair play. The only way she was able to win in Michigan was by being the only spoiled little brat to leave her name on the ballot, AFTER all other candidates agreed remove them. Every time she's lost under one set of rules, she just tries to change the rules and move the goal posts to keep the game alive. Then, when she loses again, and she recycles the process and moves them again.

At this point, she's been caught spinning so much bullshit about so many subjects that I couldn't trust her word anymore than I would George W. Bush's.

the delegates are going to be seated with half votes. it doesn't really change the primary game at all, takes away Hillary's argument that Obama can't be considered a legitimate nominee, and Republicans won't be able to make the case that Obama cares more about winning than letting MI/FL's voices be heard.

I know that the Obamites think they can win in November with just 51% of democrats behind them, but unifying the party *does* matter and this is a good first step.

The committee is a joke. They were debating the meaning of "shall" and how it wasn't the same as "may" - its almost as bad as Clinton's famous "what 'is' is". They were picking apart rules the DNC setup and decided upon. Now to have them come back and debate and make themselves all look like fools by overturning their previous decision makes them look just as bad as the republicans. At one point hillary/michigan/florida folk were almost Bush like in the fact that they would rather ignore the rules than abide by them when they actually proposed just ignoring their previous commitments.
