the latest bios for cusl2 fix my cold boot!

Does cold booting reset the voltage in Jumper Free mode? Is there a minimum fsb setting this occurs at? I do not believe I have had this problem but I would like to test it out..

(I have seen a lot of talk about the cold boot problem over at cusl2.com but never a complete explanation of when it occurs.)
