The bull picture is real. I believe Snopes has an explanation (can't get to it from work). It's obviously from the Running of the Bulls in Pamplona - IIRC the photographer was uninjured.

The bull pic is the only one that's real, I believe. It is true, however, that the memory cards are pretty resilient - I remember seeing some 9/11 pics from a photojournalist who was in the WTC when it collapsed, and his digital media in his DSLR survived the collapse.

The true story behind the bull pic:

The image shown above was taken by a photographer during the 2002 San Fermín festival and distributed by the Reuters news agency. According to a representative for Reuters, the photographer who snapped this remarkable picture was not injured in any way. (The photo was taken with a camera operated via remote control.)
