iGN is reporting a glitch that doesn't let you save your game. You can avoid it by disconnecting your ps3 from the internet.

If that's true and widespread that's a pretty embarrassing bug. Even more so when you only have to make your game work on a single system.

Actually don't care for 2600 and C64. NES/SMS is ground level for me.

Much of 2600 was crap shovelware. NES is where gaming started to really shine. When you started to have finite goals and stories instead of just playing forever until you reset your score.

C64 looks like it was pretty baller though.

I didn't preorder but I'll find a copy somewhere. Also want to go out tonite so don't know if I will get to play.

Just watch Adam sesslers review on YouTube it looked pretty decent. Healing and crafting done in real time, lots of melee weapons, stealth and action all in one.
 
come on, I know there are plenty of ATers that don't work. not even some kiddies? I decided to buy it on Amazon and have it overnighted. hopefully will have it by the time I'm home. I've lost interest in video games but impulse-bought this. I played uncharted 3 once for about an hour and never picked it up again :/ this is my last try
 
I played for a few hours, I had the autosave glitch but didn't notice it until I was done...It wouldn't let me manually save and autosave was stuck on "Autosaving...please wait". They said you have to exit the game then restart it for the server-side fix to take effect, so I probably lost all of my progress 🙁

If you have PS+ it will ask you if you want to save locally or to the cloud. Otherwise it will save locally only I believe as cloud saves are part of PS+.

Yup, that's how I understand it as well. The first time you start any game as a PSN+ member it asks you if you want to use local or cloud saves.
