The ladies are impossible

phonecall theory. I meet a girl on the second day, wednesday, of class at the bookstore on campus. She calls later that day; we talk for a little over 2 hours (yeah I know.....). Have a decent conversation. Two days later, today, I call, but she doesn't pick up, voicemail. I'm not about to call everyday; thats too desperate. I'll call back on monday or tuesday, if she doens't call sooner, maybe sunday, who knows.

Not yet. I have patience. No worry on my part because I'm bound to run into her again at school someday before the semester ends. Its just i've never really been into the "how many days you should wait to call etc etc" thing with a girl before.

as a general question to everyone, how many days do you wait between calls, if say, you two are just getting to know each other? I know that the ladies don't like it when you continually call them esp if you are not even dating them yet.

if she doesn't call back, just call back like the next day. i dunno, usually when you call and they don't pick up they should call you back when they see the missed call/hear the voice mail.

heck, the next phonecall should be from her, i would guess. She has to know that i've called her; I sent her a text too on thursday. At the bookstore, I was actually buying scatrons for tests (on the second day of class!) during break and was already late for break, so I gave her my number first, then she text me later on wed, I called her, then had to go, and then she called me back later at night; that when we were on the phone for a little over 2 hours.

I think the phone is somewhat impersonal especially considering when I could just meet up with her at school at the library or coffee shop or something to talk; I just have to get in additional contact with her to know her class schedule so we could do so. But phone conversations are quite important in getting to know someone.
