I know this has been beated to death but I thought if I worded the poll right people would realize how stupid they are being.

No, Saddam was already deemed guilty - he broke the terms of his probation:) But that is off-topic.

I was thinking more along the lines of the CIA thing, Rush, Cheney, and Arnold.;)

They don't declare innocence even after the facts come out, they just declare not guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. So he could still be guilty, just not beyond a reasonable doubt. That's why we presume innocent until proven guilty, because the onus isn't on Kobe to prove he's innocent, but on the accuser to prove he's guilty.
