Who's Jessica Williams?

She's the stripper/dancer that fell asleep driving on the Nevada highway. She hit 6 kids and killed them all.

It almost sounds like a partial victory for her. She's guilty of driving with a prohibited substance in her blood (in each of the counts relating to the people she killed), but not guilty of being under the influence. That lessens the sentence she could face, unfortunately.
