The iPhone sucks horribly for this one reason

It won't arrange my shit right. It was correct at one point but now it rearranged itself for a lot of albums. It does this for quite a few. Any fix to it? I don't know any.

I can't but avoid to think there is a secret meaning behind the names of those songs.

So... because you don't know how to use it...

it sucks?

Incorrect. It did this after updating I think? I am not sure.

There is no way within iTunes or the iPhone to rearrange the songs. They're all in the correct order in iTunes with the right data.

Shake-to-shuffle probably did that...?

...also, this isn't phone-specific. I think an iPod Touch would have the same issue.

I think I figured it out. Some of the tracks didn't have the disc number in them or they didn't have the number of tracks in the info. So I went through all the songs and got the info right or what I see as correct.

the iwhatever sucks because they don't have easily replacable batteries.

Since you already think it sucks, I won't make you feel worse by listing a host of other things that it doesn't do, or suck at.

That's a lame reason. Plug-in battery packs makes that reason moot. Better than having to power-off one's phone to replace the battery.

I think anything that has a battery should have a panel that slides off to facilitate battery replacement. The battery will eventually wear out and need to be replaced and I should not have to tear apart something to replace it. When I buy something I plan on keeping it until it breaks or is worn out. Even then, if I can get the parts, I will repair it. Seems to me that apple designs for planned obsolescents.

??? You do know that the battery can be removed and replaced right?

yes, but it's a hassle. Like I said, I don't want to tear into something just to replace the battery when there are other similar devices that have easily replacable batteries.

On older ipods, the battery was soldered to the board and if you couldn't solder, you were sol. When I found out about that, I decided I would look elsewhere for a mp3 player. and yes, I know how to solder. I was a bench tech for tandy when they had their own computers.

So you bought the iPhone thinking it's the coolest thing in the universe and find it lacking?

How surprising.

PBKAC comes close to what's going on, perhaps it's time for a new acronym, PBPAO

Problem between phone and owner?

I think you have selected the artist instead of the album. Select the album and they should be arranged by track.

So, user error?

Shocking.
