Doesn't the intro part of the song "south side" by moby and gwen remind you of Deus Ex? Man I loved that game... By yeah the intro tune really reminds me of Deus Ex, I wonder if it's from it...
 
IIRC, Moby samples 9x% of his music from other sources, so I suppose it could be from that...however highly unlikely 😛
