I have a gigabyte z690 and I’ve got the computer on after plugging everything in and the WiFi isn’t showing

The files are .exe, executable files. So you just double click on them from file explorer.

They may be zip files too, in that case you need to unzip them and then run the executable.

Are you stuck at the Windows out-of-the-box experience? Did you click I don't have internet? Get into Windows first then copy the driver files over and run and/or unzip.
