The inside part of my lower lip BURNS

I think I can trace it back to last night when I used some Crest mouthwash. I may have used it longer than the recommended swishage duration time. This morning I woke up to a little sensitivity in the aforementioned area. Then without warning, I ate some tri-tip, flour tortillas, and some SALSA. SPICY SALSA. This fiery extract of pepper pandemonium reached my enflamed area and proceeded to burn the living f**k out of me. How can I soothe and heal the pain?

Maybe its infected. Rinse your mouth out with lime juice to kill any bacteria. Try to rinse for at least a full minute.

Good advice, I'm trying the next best thing, salt water. I don't have any lime juice, but someone let please let me know if salt water is a bad idea. I have a mouth full of it right now.

There is no cure. Repent now sinner.

And the burning lips kind of reminds me of when I had to do a hot-sauce challenge with some guys in my reserve unit...hot wings dipped in suicide sauce, keep 'em in the mouth for 2 minutes...

If that doesn't get you, then the SHOTS of suidice sauce will...and if THAT doesn't, then rubbing it on your gums will :(

And if THAT doesn't, then the prarie-fires will :(

I am not a chewing tobacco user, but the area that's affected is the exact spot where chewing tobacco would be used, my god, after the salt water, the pain is constant now, not sure if that was a good idea... and i dont have any milk for some stupid reason... ughh
