The Incredible Hulk:TV Series

I am watching a hulk marathon on thesci fi channel and I have to say this show was excellent,bill bixby as david banner( upon farther research they did not want to use bruce banner because the name sounded gay,LoL weird) was perfect,I hope the new movie follows the concept of the show.

I've never heard that about the name thing. But yea Bruce being a a stereotypically gay name was big in the 70's.

I used to love the show though. One of my must watches as a kid along with Dukes of Hazzard

Heh, they were showing the first episode on the the SciFi channel the other day and my son kept complaining, "When are they going to show the Hulk?"

I had to joke, "This is an old TV series. They don't show the Hulk until the last five minutes of the show."

I watched the first couple of episodes on Netflix online. It was kind of dumb; the Hulk just grimaces and growls and waddles around a lot. I was somewhat disappointed.

I use to watch the US version of this after school on TBS(way back when our local cable company only had 5 channels ).
