Comic

I must say, the comic pretty much captures what's really happening in people's heads these days.

Check out his other strips.

I find it funny. It's funny because it's true. Even the right-wing nut at the end.

It's funny because this is a great comic. I wouldn't expect the man to turn down a Nobel peace prize, after all it's gone to Republican presidents who have expanded foreign war efforts. But it's still poorly chosen, considering all those who could have received it.

It's gone to Arafat. It's going to take a lot of solid nominations to restore any meaning to it in my book. Obama does not qualify.

Yeah, the Nobel peace prize is a bit of sham if you read about who dictates the individual who receives it. Obama to me is more of the status quo so far, not truly doing much for peace.

Are you forgetting about the 13,000 additional troops being sent to Afghanistan? His total is now 34,000 troops there since taking office.

Peace? You bet.

There is such a thing as peace through superior firepower. :p

Seriously, more troops to Afghanistan, the quicker the job gets done, the quicker the violence... lessens. It's a move in the right direction. :p

I'm sorry, how is this different from any other president who gets lots of love even though he lies and steals and cheats?
Bush Jr got tons of love right up until his last year, even though there were plenty of folks questioning him all 8 years.

It's not different, and that's the point. ;)

Oh we're getting deep now. :p
