Millenials need relief and you keep making strawmen out of your fucking ass namely purity tests.

Lets see how the election turns out by pissing off the largest demographic... millenials. I'll be LMAO when you're fucking crying that RBG is replaced by Neomi Rao.

You could have had 40 million new votes.. you just chose to listen to billionaire donors.

You reap what you sow!

Edit:
I dont mind a good debate!

I just think the US population has been duped into their way of thinking by successive governments and the interested parties. As soon as the word Socialism is mentioned, all hell breaks loose. Fox News gets hold of it and beats the drum. It is like the old war drums... All logical reasoning seems to go out the window, and with it discussion balancing the pros and cons.

If I hear Venezuela or this purity test bullshit again I will scream.
damn it seems that highly contagious virus that is going around these forums have infected you bro!!
The Goofy virus is nothing to mess with, it affects your thought processes.......please stay at home and wash your hands!!

Just because it takes becoming a person who knows one thing, that one doesn't know anything, opens the door to cosmic being doesn't mean that the idea of what it is to be a cosmic being is anything like what people who have not had that experience think of when they imagine cosmic beings. It just means that us cosmic beings walk around knowing we don't know what all the rest of you think you do. In short we walk around in a state of modesty that to people who imagine themselves to be modest experience jealousy of when they see at the real thing. To know you don't know anything makes you look very conceited to people who have not themselves accepted that fact.

But then, what sort of nut case does it take to walk around with a lantern in broad daylight looking for truth?

But what on earth tells you I am uncertain as to whether or not I will vote for Biden. I already voted for Sanders as my choice for candidate. If Biden wins the nomination there is no way in hell I would vote for anybody else. That, I thought, as also I voted Sanders Clinton last time, I have made very very clear.

I just don't see myself doing anything other than making the best choice that I can in a world full of sleeping voting machines. I am not voting with a sense of doom and gloom, that my vote really matters, or that I am engaged in some sacred task to save the world from a monster. I am simply going to vote as my personal responsibility to do the best I can as a nobody. I used to think the world had to be according to what I imagined it had to be for me to be happy but along the way I died to the idea that this poor fool would ever be happy. And then the big surprise. When I abandoned all hope for myself it came running to me. I defeated the nothing when I gave up.

When one door closes another opens. A saying
I don`t understand half of what Moony says but when a Galactic being speaks....everybody listens!! ;)

I really want to know what's going on with that 7% (or the more-plausible-sounding 3% in the other poll)

I mean, 3% could just be people making angry noises, or accidentally ticking the wrong box. But 7%? Must be some weird thought-processes going on there.

Simply think of them as primarily Trump supporters who would be willing to cross the line and vote for Sanders because of his obvious lack of corruption and support of broadly popular programs.

From today's 538:

"According to a recent Morning Consult poll, 82 percent of Sanders supporters say they would vote for Biden in the general election, and just 7 percent said they would vote for Trump. And Quinnipiac University found that 86 percent of Sanders voters would vote for Biden, 3 percent would vote for Trump, 2 percent would vote for someone else, 4 percent wouldn’t vote, and 5 percent didn’t know who they’d vote for."

Well, awreet then! :p

Glad we don't have to listen to any more hand wringing about Sanders supports. Looking forward to your "electable" candidate crushing Trump in the general.

Any vote not for Biden is a vote for Trump. If seeing the disaster of the last three years isn’t enough to make someone understand that Trump’s removal is more important than any other aspect of this election I doubt they will ever understand.

I for one am tired of trying to indulge these people. You ran your candidate in the primary and you lost, badly. Now it’s time to put your personal concerns aside confront the national emergency for the good of the country.
Don't be ridiculous. You can't get tired and not be irrational. There are two undeniable facts: It is hopeless to think you can change anybody's mind who holds unconscious un-examined assumptions and there is no other option but to try. It is writing off the hopeless that defines them as hopeless. We have, or at least I have, no idea from what seed it is that can bloom into Grace. Do what is right and let the chips fall where they may. I believe you do so anyway regardless of what you say.

The problem was not any of the above during the 2016 election! The problem was those who stayed home and did not vote at all!!
dank defended me as a nice person. And then there's the fact I mention we hate ourselves and everybody knows that's true and on top of which I know it's absolutely not true. It's the very best of Good News.

I'm just idly curious as to how many voters are liable to lean 'left' on economic issues - and to accept a clearly non-racist and certainly non-nationalist, even anti-nationalist, candidate like Sanders - while still being prepared to vote for a blatatnly racist sex-pest doofus and at least part-time tool-of-the-plutocrats, like Trump. To me that just seems a heck of a gulf to leap across.

Also the two polls give very different results, 3% is easy to explain-away, 7% is a surprisingly large number.

At some point it becomes necessary to question whether it's their intelligence or their sincerity. We've just had 4 years of their bitter divisive bullshit tearing down the Democratic Party while supposedly trying to convince the rest of us to see it their way. When that doesn't work, we're just as bad as the Republicans. Go figure.

I too am curious as to the rationale for that 7% - to claim to support Sanders but then turn around and say you'd vote for Donald Fucking Trump!? As far as I'm concerned, those people were never interested in any of Sanders's actually policy.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Bernie bro’s are some of the dumbest mother fuckers out there and they are the lefts version of a trump supporter. Rationality isn’t their strong suit.

They're just entrenched in a narrow perspective, oblivious to the threat Trump & the GOP represent. They'll destroy the competence & integrity of our govt entirely. It's ideological toadies & sycophants all the way down with them. That's what we need to overcome before all else.

And, I mean, who knows, right? Bernie or Joe or both could easily succumb to Covid19 before he convention or before the election so we all need to stand behind whoever our fellow Democrats put forward. Anything else is foolish.

Damn straight. If Bernie Sanders is somehow the Dem nominee, I'll do everything I can to see him get elected.

I wonder at this point how "left" most of Sanders's popular platform is. Saying that we shouldn't live in an oligarchy where a few billionaires control everything, saying that we should have nationalized healthcare, saying that marijuana should be legal...

These are left economic issues? What about Sanders is "anti-nationalist"? Lots of other Sanders supporters are prepared to vote for a blatatnly racist sex-pest doofus and at least part-time tool-of-the-plutocrats in Biden.

Bernie lost in 2016 & likely will again in 2020. Get over it, and yourself while you're at it. Should he become the nominee, honest & sincere Democrats will support him wholeheartedly because Trump simply must be beaten if our mutual desires for a better America are to matter at all.

So did the Democrats.
