In!!

I just hate exercise. Since I have graduated, I have had no reason to leave my apartment, and my physical activity is down to nil. All day long, I do what I love doing most; Sitting.

So who else hates exercise here?

I hate excercise for the sake of excercise. I enjoy exercise to either have fun, or do something productive:

Lifting weights on a bench repetititvely: Sucks
Lifting transmission into car so that it's driveable: doesn't suck.
Running somewhere, then running back again: Sucks
Running to beat the other guy to the endzone: doesn't suck.

That's my opinion on excercise.

I lift 4-5 times a week. I love it. If you want to stay fat/skinny, then dont excercise, but you're fvcking yourself in the long run by not taking care of your body

Lifting a transmission into a car won't make you stronger. Running to the endzone doesn't make you faster. Lifting weights makes you stronger so you can lift a transmission easier, running regularly makes you faster so you can beat the other guy to the endzone.

Well, I made it to 40. Coming from a history of males that die fairly early, if I make 50 I'll count myself lucky.

I'm not trying to be Mr. Universe. I get enough excercise to keep me healthy just doing stuff I enjoy without going to a gym.

. Think about your Blood Pressure. Do you want to be taking medicince for high Blood Pressure when you are 40 therebye killing your sexual ability? Stay healthy and stay sexually active (even if for the majority is just wanking!)

Do the dew it's good for you!

Mountain Dew contains concentrated orange juice so you are getting vitamin C. Plus, the sugar is good for your brain, and the caffeine is a lipolytic (makes you burn more fat).

Sunkist and Minute Maid Orange sodas, OTOH contain absolutely no OJ/vitamin C. They get their orange color from red and yellow food coloring.

I hate running. I don't mind running the the context of a sport (I played basketball for years when I was in elementary/HS), but running to try to get back into shape just plain sucks. I also lift weights, which I don't mind as much, but running...ugh.

I used to play sport heavily in my teens (athletics and rugby) but because of 4 years at university life i now avoid exercise at all costs. Luckily ive been blessed with a body that stays a constant 150 lbs and its mostly muscle. No doubt my insides are mashed up from years of alcohol abuse etc, but hey at least i look good on the outside! :D:beer:

I'm addicted to exercise, mostly because I hate the restless feeling when I have to much energy.

Enorphin(sp) release is an AWESOME way to get your mind off sh*t I find, running is like venting anger.
