The Hyper Modular Type-R 580 w and DFI Ultra-D

I was hoping that someone would have some information on the new Hiper Modular Type-R 580 watt power supply and it's compatability with the DFI Ultra D motherboard? The power supply looks good and it is up for consideration within the new build. Does anyone know whether or not the Hiper Modular Type-R 580 watt power supply will work properly with the DFI Ultra-D motherboard? Thanks for any help
