That's by far the nicest looking power supply I've ever seen. Initially, I was going to say that the PC Power & Cooling would have been the better choice, but check out this
review(you do read reviews of products before you buy them, don't you?).
The article lists these statistics for the Hiper Modular Type-R 580 Watt Power Supply:
+5V: 2.0A / 36A ± 5% (100mV), +12V1: 0.2A / 20A ± 5% (120mV), +12V2: 0.0A / 18A ± 5% (120mV), -12V: 0.0A / 0.8A ± 10% (200mV), +5VSB: 0.0A / 2.5A ± 5% (70mV), +3.3V: 0.4A / 30A ± 5% (70mV). Those are pretty decent numbers, though a PC Power & Cooling product would probably have higher ratings for the 12V rails. 18A is okay, though, since it's got dual 12V rails, your motherboard won't have to share with the other components, which adds to stability.
All in all, the PC Power & Cooling probably has the edge in quality, but this is one of the few times that I would say looks + good performance beats top-notch performance. The Hiper Modular Type-R is my pick.
