The first Hills Have Eyes got descent reviews and I went to watch it. It was pretty good I liked it. Im trying to find a review of the movie on www.rottentomatoes.com and it seems they are holding the movie back from reviewers. Anyone seen it yet or plans on seeing it? Im thinking they are probably holding back on reviews because the movie is really bad.

I can only think of one other person on these forums that has admitted to liking the first one, and also gone down a notch below that in admitting that he is wasting more money on the second.

The second one looks good, but not movie theater good.
 
yah i just got back from it. it was pretty awful. i was definitely disappointed big time, especially considering I really liked the first one.
 
The review in our local paper said "The violence, gore, and deaths didn't make him physically ill....the rape scenes did."

some very nasty ones in the first minute of the movie.

the rape scene in the movie was like 2 seconds and you don't even see anything. i mean the camera is so weird that it took me a while to realize the woman was getting raped.

the camera in general was all over the place in the movie. it reminded me of the bourne supremacy.
