The heat, the heat! It so hot!

It is 100F and my roommate refuses to let me turn on the AC. Sure it gets up to 125F in my upstairs, 2nd story room, sure my computer is screaming "WTF" I'm 65C at idle.

At least it cools down to a nice 72F at night.

Have you tried hanging out in cool dark bars?

Don't talk to me about it being hot.

😎

115 degrees?! oh damn..and i'm going to las vegas at the end of this month and do the tourist thing and walk to see all the free shows (it's MUCH faster than driving cause of the traffic.) the heat...GULP

Don't worry about it. It's a dry heat. I lived in humidity all my life except for a couple of years out in Phoenix and San Diego. 120 in Phoenix translates to 85 with humidity in Fayetteville, NC. I actually has a co-worker that has always lived in Phoenix and never traveled to the south before fly in in August to Atlanta and Anniston, Alabammy. They practically had to kick him off the airplane and out of his hotel room. He said he could barely function...A man who experiences 115-120 degree heat every summer 😉

It's supposed to be almost 110 degrees heat index today and wouldn't you know it? The Army doesn't have enough money to put air conditioning in my office area.
