I just had the banana boat from smoothie king today and ive been searching on the net for the recipe ever since. If you like bananas this is a must try. I know they put a lot of banana in it and definately some ice cream and some coconut milk but im not sure what else. Anyone work there by chance or know whats in it?

Well, if a fat person did go into Smoothie King, do you think maybe they might get the smoothie WITH ICECREAM IN IT?

Yeah definitely. All the Seattle Jamba Juices are full of fat people. They are trying to do something about being so fat.

A lot of places market smoothie's as healthy when in fact, with icecream and what not in them they are anything but, compared to juice or water or anything else out there.... may as well just have a 'milkshake' but that's bad for you. I had a good (favorite) smothie, a blueberry one at an airport (detroit I think). It was also made with icecream so definitely not a healthy choice, at least not fat/calorie wise... maybe more vitamins than a coke or water.

You could always try substituting lowfat frozen yogurt or something for whatever they used though, and having the recipe would allow you do to that, so, bump for possible info.
