The Great Bacon Thread!

I like it half and half... not super crispy like it gets in the microwave, but not all floppy like it is if you don't fry it long enough. 😀
 
This reminds me of one of the South Park episode in Season 2 DVD Collection where they (Trey and Matt) were cooking bacon at the beginning and then they fed it to a pig. That is just soooo wrong. Pretty funny though. Hehe. I think the episode was the dodgeball/dead detus on the side of the head episode. 😀

I love bacon, especially those thick slices. One of my favorite is wrap bacon slices around scallop or shrimp then put them on the grill 🙂

Only way to have it.
When making a BLT, I like it a little crispier then usual, but not much.
