Dr. Dilorenzo pointed out that the GOP first made clear in 1863 that it wanted a consolidated America to be a world empire.

Central to achieving that goal was fiat money legislated by the govt, which was supported by the GOP.

Ever since 1863, the u.s. gov has basically been headed towards world empire.

Does anyone else here think the illegal 14th amendment may have changed the already illegal federal republic to an evenmore illegal empire?

Problem for Democrats is how do you take away the Corporate control that was started by the GOP?

It's a runaway train that only Revolution can stop and Dems know it.

Actually there is an excellent history book about the OP's topic called overthrow.

Detailing America's foreign policy option of regime change that was first implemented in 1893.

The excellent part of it is that it doesn't read like a dusty old history book.

Very well researched and compelling.

it would be a good read except I already know too much about it to make reading it worthwhile. The really interesting thing about the topic in the book you mentioned was that...
"The last good democrat and the last president of the Jeffersonian tradition" stopped that shit that was planned by ben harrison and sanford b dole.

Wilson was the first president who was really in the wrong party. He shouldve been a Republican, because his pro- centralization of power policies were more like Lincoln rather than like van buren and cleveland. Until Wilson, the parties were actually distinct.
