If they're going to remake such a popular movie, they should at least put a huge spin on it.
A mash up movie of Goonies & The Warriors could be interesting. The crooks in the original Goonies were lame. Now Chunk and the gang getting chased by bat welding Baseball Fury members could be pretty bad ass.

It's not a remake but a sequel.

Actually it is very good. I just rewatched it a few months ago. Sure it's an 80's movie, but it's one of the better ones.


PS: I hated the turtles movies.

It's a great rainy Saturday morning/afternoon movie.

I also couldn't stand the TMNT movies, then or now.

Remakes are never better then the originals. That movie is a part of my childhood. It has a special meaning to me, and a remake has no chance.

I love the original look and sound of analog.. The way I experienced it in the 80s.... TOOK ME A LONG TIME TO FIND A COPY OF THIS MOVIE on VHS THAT ISNT DIGITALLY PROCESSED!! (I finally found one) I suppose the VIDEODISC copy is also straight analog but I dont have a Videodisc player...

I LOVE THIS MOVIE!!!!!!!
