Supposedly Asus and MSI, as well as Apple has released some specs/engineering samples that have had some reviews done on. I would expect that just because Nvidia hasn't released their announcement of their upcoming gpu, that doesn't mean that there aren't any coming out real soon. The 3rd party vendors seem to be jumping the gun and letting the public know before Nvidia has said anything much at all.
I have heard something about the Toshiba laptop with the new gf4, but it's going to be a replacement to the gf2go in the form of the NV17. It should still hold alot of clout and kick down ATI with the 7500 as the speed champ in laptops. I don't know if they are shipping yet, but I would suspect that they would be very soon.
Nvidia is holding off on launching the full blown Gf4 now because of like last time with the delay with the Gf3. I believe they will release the cheaper MX versions sooner, and then the faster, more powerful gpus later when they get speeds up to spec and memory speeds up to what they want. It will be a better marketing decision cause they have speeds on what they need now for the lower end market, which also sells more so they will be able to introduce sooner and make more money on the new chips as well as have more time to tweak the drivers and new faster gpus so that they are ready as well later, which only the enthusiasts or money-rich people will buy in lower quantities. This will allow them to be consistant with their ~6 month cycle of new gpus and cards out on the market.
