Besides, for every Arab that moves to America we will have 10 christian mexican brothers coming over the border to offset that potential religous difference
The mexican brothers probably upset these same folks as much as the muslims do! that's the whole point..

I have no love the for the religion of Islam, especially since 9/11, but I don't believe in this kind of ban that is obviously an attack on the Muslims living there. They should be permitted to express themselves however they see fit. That's probably why they wanted to live in western Europe in the first place.
The French government should be ashamed of themselves.

Its good to see that the French are putting thier foot down on this, and its a better 'tradeoff' [ie- non insane] than what the Canadians opted for by giving thier muslim immigrants the right to enforce sharia law in pre-dominantly muslim parts of Totonto.

Islam is not a violent religion and you should not have reason to be against it. Unfortunately, there are those who practice the religion who do terrible things in the name of it. However, the same can be said for most, if not all, religions in the world.
