The Geek Christmas Tree Ornament Thread

While not the epitome of a Geek ornament, having the good ship Serenity from the show Firefly hanging on your tree will definitely give you "Geek cred." It also comes with a display stand for those non-Christmas times of year.

I see tons of Geek ornaments for sale, but I don't know of many people that use them. Someone is buying them though, since they seem to keep making them. 😛

Ya, geeky trees are in these days.

I have at least 20 or so different Star Trek and Star Wars ornaments ranging from the Death Star to the Millennium Falcon and from Deep Space 9 to Doctor McCoy and of course all the Enterprises and can't forget the Defiant and the unfortunate Voyager, and many more.

Geeks unite!

🙂

I've got an old C-3PO ornament. I also have a Gordie Howe (yay!) and an Eric Lindros (boo!) ornament. None I actually bought. Mom buys us all a theme ornament based on our year. The year I graduated college, for example, she bought a graduation hat and scroll to signify the event.

I wouldn't mind getting a Death Star for Christmas though. And by Death Star I'm talking about "That's no moon, that's a spacestation" kind of gift.
