Im an extreme newbie at this forum , I tried to sell some stuff tonight , and got a few emails saying my price is too high. How do I know when a price im asking for is too high ? Where can i find what something used is selling for on average today?

Search for something similar. Otherwise, look at what it goes for on ebay.

Yeah and pricewatch.com can be a good reference if the stuff is relatively new.

The FS/FT search is your best bet though.

Searching completed auctions at ebay is a good starting point. After that, look around the forums and see what it's going for.
