The problem is, someone at BK marketing thinks WE think flute guy is cool and that we want to see more of him, which he isn't and we don't. There are worse marketing campaigns out there, though, that's for sure.

I can think of so many other commericals that annoy me more, at least the flute solo ones aren't long or overly annoying (to me at least) but FWIW I also like how flutes sound. Now some of the FreeCreditScore.com ones do actually annoy me, but some don't, I just think they're taking that compaign a little too far. (see: Mastercard's "Priceless" crap)

I HATE that fucking pig commercial for Geico. But yeah that BK commercial, who the fuck is that aimed at? It was kinda funny when he lit the flute on fire, but the guy is awful looking, the song isn't funny, and the people in the commercial look like dirty bastards.

The pig one is annoying. I hate when it comes up on Hulu. The R. Lee Ermey as a shrink is funny though.
