The Five D's of Dodgeball

Patches O'Houlihan: If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball.
Justin: What?
[Patches throws a wrench and hits Justin in the face]

Peter La Fleur: Come on, Kate. It's time to put your mouth where our balls are.

Dodgeball is a sport of violence, exclusion, and degradation.

It's really sad that they don't let the kids play this in school anymore.

Roll? Don't they realize that little Johnny or Suzy could trip over the ball and plant their face into the ground? Monsters.

We used to play in high school back in like 94-98. It would get nasty...

there are adult dodgeball leagues all over. i highly recommend it for taking out the stresses of the work week.

It's still played in some high schools - with the same rules. Fortunately, not all of us live in areas where people over-react to every little thing.

I've played dodgeball in high school this year. Not as intense as the movie though. Blade, Lazer, Blazer... and Michelle.
