Best way to catch a geoduck is to use a bucket with the bottom cut off. At low tide, place the bucket over a geoduck hole then fill it with sand. Kick the bucket over after the next low tide to pick up the clam.

I had and they were ok. The ones we dug up were tiny though, I preferred the hard shelled clams.
