Actually, you could work up to something like this without THAT much extraordinary effort. I mean, you can calculate the g-forces he'll experience at the maximum depth of the rope, which can be translated to an equivalent amount of weight.

Now do chin/pull ups until you can do a few reps of that weight (i.e. your body weight plus extra weight in a weight belt). Of course this is the hard part, but a lot of sporty people are already doing work like this for fun.

If your calculations are accurate, he wouldn't even ever reach that level of force because he's more-or-less safe to release probably within 15 feet of the ground before the rope is fully extended.
