The first half hour of this film was pretty scary

Two college kids driving home from college through the country have a run in with a souped up old truck, the truck looks kinda like a milk truck except all black with tinted windows. The truck finally passes them and flies down the road ahead of them.

They eventually catch up to the guy and see him parked at an abandon church were they see him throwing something down a big drain pipe. The creepy guy watches them as they pass and then gets in his truck and begins to follow them. He catches up to them to them and rams them a few times. They wipe out and go into a field.

Ok here's where they do the usual stupid horror movie thing.

Guy: we should go back
Girl: no way
Guy: what if someone needs help
Girl: we can get help at the police
Guy: It could be to late by then
Girl: It's probably already to late
Guy: If it was you I would go back and try

So they go back and look down the sewer pipe and they can't see anything but they hear some faint noises. The guy gets a brillant idea that the girl should hold him by his feet so he can get a better look....yup you guessed it he falls in.

After that it degrages into the usual creature feature.

Eh, it was a bit different. The pace was a lot faster... with thirty-something teenagers you have to kill them a lot quicker.
