There's a better one that incorporates all three.

1. You can't win, you can only break even.
2. You can only break even at absolute zero.
3. You can't reach absolute zero.

1) Energy can't be created. It can only change states.
2) In changing states some energy is lost, so you always wind up with less than you started with.
