I've been extremely dizzy and nauseated lately. I had to go to the E.R. two nights ago because I couldn't take it anymore. With my history of having a brain tumor it's a little nerve wracking. I have an appointment with my regular doctor, but not until the 22nd. The E.R. doc gave me a prescription for a cat scan and I'm going to get that done tomorrow. It's probably nothing big and has nothing to do with my brain..lol....it's just irritating that I don't seem to be getting better. So if any of you pray, please keep me in your prayers! :)

Anyone else feeling icky too? :(

Did she already have her surgery? I'll also keep her in my prayers. And...thanks everyone. I've just been really bummed because I've been feeling like this for about a month or so. It just sucks.

There's been a lot of people where I work with the dizziness and nausea symptoms the last couple of months. All be caused by something different. 1 guy had an inner ear infection, another had a heart valve problem, another had some sort of sinus thing that had to be operated on, and yet another had a cehmical imbalance of some sort. Here's hoping yours is something simple like the inner ear infection. Good luck!

I feel like crap, too. I've had insanely bad allergies, and to top it off, I pulled out my pair of $300 K2 fatties(rollerblades) that I haven't touched in years(rollerblades, that is), went outside and managed to fall RIGHT down on my side and elbow, nothing but ME breaking the fall.

OUCH...

My head is still a bit messed up...

Wow. I'm really glad to hear that the surgery went well. I've had two brain surgeries and I know they're no fun. If she ever wants someone to e-mail and talk to, you can give her my addy. I hope she feels a lot better now!

Heehee I agree...wholeheartedly. :D

Thanks, RSI and everyone else!

EDIT: There were a few more replies. lol I'll see if they'll check my ears too. I'm hoping it's something small and nothing major. I hope your owwies heal fast, Maul. :D

<-------------- Gonna go lie down again, but will check back in a while. :)

I hope it's nothing serious this time and that you bounce back from it soon :) Listen, I have a client who's an accupuncturist/herbalist and the testimonials I've heard from people he's treated are so numerous and overwhelmingly positive that I suggest that if main stream medicine keeps failing you, that you go to see one who has excellent credentials in your area. I had a friend who'd been to every specialist about his condition, he even tried an alternative medicine clinic that his insurance covered a percentage of out in Arizona, but his condition just worsened. He went to see my client and within 6 weeks was completely cured :Q Just keep an open mind about it at the very least! I'm sure there's Asian ATOTers here who can vouche for the abilities of these healers.

i'll do it for $29.95 Heather. :D

All I need is Nitrous Oxide, a few band-aids, a pint of Scotch, a few joints, and whatever things you need, like brain tools or whatever I need to pop that sumbitch out, like a Dremel, crow bar, and a toilet plunger or something. ;)

UNfortunately I am in the middle of the same thing, only I got laid off and have yet to get my cat scan, and that was a year ago. I have been getting worse but my insurance no longer covers my doctor or "pre-existing conditions" so i am basically screwed. If I go to a new doc and they do the same tests, i will have to pay, if I go to my old doc i have to pay. Cat scans aren't cheap :(

I'm not a man, so I don't have to suck it up! :p

I hope you feel better too, Gillbot.

I couldn't expect anything less from Monel. I know he loves me. ;)

EDIT: I hit return too soon and it posted before I was ready.

You need to loose a lot of weight, a lot of your problems might be because of that. I am speaking from personal experience, you feel much better without weight and no doctor will help you. I was feeling tired and sleepy daily, lost weight and feel great

Sounds like extreme unfun :( I hope they can rule out all the most worrisome things asap, and that you are feeling better soon!
