<< TI-85@10Mhz >>

Hehe, my mum has OCed her TI 85!

<< Daovonnaex, you just bar none the fastest rig on Anandtech.

BTW where in the hell do you find a 350 Watt peltier?
>>

You can get them at Maplins, they have them for industrial use.

My computer is at a sad 800@912 :disgust:

I can get someone to show you a PIV2200 @ 3.1GHz with a 3dmark score of 13000! :)

Ive got a 2ghz northwood at 2.54ghz at 127FSB voltage is at 1.65v. Memory is running at 166FSB accoring to Sandra. Go check out the cpu and overclocking forums under the 1.6A northwoods. Those are doing 800mhz overclocks almost garunteed.

I'm not the fastest according to SysOpt. The Finns with the 3,675 MHz P4 put their system up there...
At least my Athlon system is faster than any at SysOpt.

<< sounds like it is time for some extreme cooling of that p4. :p >>

I don't really need or want another peltier...so you'll have to wait until I get the dilution engine working.

P4 1.6a at 2304mhz -stable (144x16) stock cooling and 1.55v
2400 (150x16) runs OK but SiSoft Sandra closes to desktop (also 1.55v and stock cooling)

It seems a little bit silly to overclock your cpus these days. The price gap between the high end and mid processors are so miniscule.
I just feel that we dont really achieve as much as we used to in the good 'ole days.

You may want to up your voltage a bit more.

I'd like to see anybody with a Pentium3 or better be able to overclock more than 50% with stock cooling. hehe

I did have a crude water cooling rig that I decided not to use. (this was over 2 years ago when they didn't have such nice peltiers and water blocks). Oh, forgot to mention I don't run at 900, I run at 864 to be on the safe side now. :)

I've had my Duron 750 as high as 1136. Currently I run it at 1050, with 1.7 volts, but I could run it 1.5 if I wanted to. I accidentally had it on 1.5 for about a month before I noticed it.

P4 Northwood 1.6A @ 2240 (140x16) on P4B266-C
P4 Northwood 1.6A @ 2400 (150x16) on P4S333

Both at 1.6v and rock solid. Not too bad, if I say so myself :)

My 1GHz TBird-C is running at 1335MHz (157x8.5) at the default voltage. I would push it higher but my video card starts displaying artifacts during DVD playback when I push the FSB any higher. =(

I bet no one here ever got a Cyrix M2 300 up to 400!:p
33% overclock there. Well, sort of.

My GF2 Ti runs default 250/400. It overclocks to at least 285/515. As far as processors go, my 750 T-bird is doing 866.

You've already tried two DDR SDRAM platforms, now you should try RDRAM. :p

Has anyone tried overclocking with the ALi ALADDiN? Seriously.

<< I would be interested if any has either. :D >>

More interesting would be if someone picked up a VIA P4XB and overclocked it, since that's actually a good overclocking platform and performs very well to begin with. If RDRAM weren't available on the P4, rest assured, I would've overclocked a P4XB.

Mine costed me $319.00 more than 2 years ago at a local store. I pretty much get most of my stuff at Fry's nowadays. Did u know they have Arctic Silver, Mushkin ram, and a good return policy. (returned a burner I was unhappy with after 35 days for full refund)

That's pretty good, didn't hear too much about the 550Es. The 600E seemed to be the pick for me though as is the 1.6A is now.
I still have the package my OEM 600e was purchased in. It was at Fry's electronics.

Who the heck would want to use an ALi with all of those compatability and stability problems?
