The fastest CPU with a 330watt supply??

I have a Antec True power 330 watt power supply. Can you guys tell me whats the highest Intel Cpu I could use with it in a basic single hard drive system?

Basically any current processor with the ATX spec. Even some room to overclock if you dont have a lot of fans or pci cards or anything.
