The fan in my psu accepts 2 pins, not 3

most fans seem to have 3pin connectors... but the fan in my psu has only 2.

if i wanted to replace the fan, how would i get a 3 pin fan to fit into a 2 pin connector?

The third wire (usually yellow) is the RPM sensor if your system is capable of reading your fan speeds. It is not necessary to have this hooked to anything if you don't need to monitor the RPM's of that fan. You should be able to use just the other two pins and it will work fine
