I unfortunately don't have any pics of any jobs as taking pictures would have been super illegal but some stuff was pretty bad.

Each of those cells is 2 volts and together make a 48v string. There will be multiple strings. This is what keeps the phones working if power goes out.
This is all the cables going to the street for phone/internet and transport backhauls to other offices.
This is cross connects connecting your house to the equipment. (phone switch, ADSL etc)
I've worked on these before but now the outside techs do it.
Fibre optic stuff
DMS telephony switch. The banks with the 5 rectangles are the line card drawers. Pull it out and it's full of cards about the size of a Raspberry Pi. One per customer.
Our switch has an uptime longer than I've been alive. They are solid machines and super redundant.
