personally, I think it's just a little attention getter for msn.com...but does anyone have any evidence if the story behind the exorcist is true or not?

It was based on a true story. It was a little boy, not girl. There was no head spinning, spitting up, or levitation. It happened in 1949. You can get the documentary, it's called In The Grip Of Evil and comes on VHS or DVD. I haven't seen it, but I hear it sort of sucks because they use re-enactments. Duh, that's what the movie is for. But the DVD has PDF files of the medical case history of the boy and the priest's diary. The extra facts on the DVD would make it a much better choice. You can find the DVD on amazon, bn, etc.
