Hey yall Iv cooler and the 120 fan is very quiete as soon as I boot up,, goes up to max,,, I cant do nothing about it,, speedfan or BIOS would not help me at all on this matter. Also can someone recommend me a 120mm that spins at 1300rpm or below... Thanks
