The end of double posts?

I've seen some double posts post-upgrade, so they must still be able to happen somehow. Probably a server issue that was already or will soon be fixed.

The time limit would have been seriously too short with the old style reply interface, but the new one is rather cumbersome and slows me down enough that I haven't encountered the limit as much as I thought I originally would (though it still is somewhat annoying). 🙁
