Nobody said embrace - and it's not that I'm saying you should accept talentless ass-clowns. You should accept that there are those who will like them because they do entertain enough for their target audience. It doesn't mean you have to hate them.

That's what's wrong with the music industry... you have one ok song and if you have the name and money behind you, record companies will promote the hell out of you and force you onto consumers and convince the masses that they like you. Then they buy your 12 track album for ONE song and you make millions. A few months later, people decide they can tolerate another one of the songs on there and you have a second single from that album... woah nelly! You must be good!
