The elusive driver: Help.

So my bro gets some OEM ATI Radeon vidcards(1 Radeon, 1 Radeon 7200). One is made by Power Colour, the other MSI. The MSI card seems to have some problems, so he decides to update the drivers, but MSI doesn't even list the vidcard as existing and ATI's drivers doesn't recognize the card. Any ideas as to where drivers might be or how to get ATI's drivers to work?

Have you tried manually updating the drivers from device manager? What OS is he using? What version Radeon is the MSI card?
