uhhh...wtf???

LOL.. Send him a reply email with the bunny.jpg link! Also, tell him you would like to speak to someone that speaks better English.

Since i didn't understand any of your post, i'll respond to the only thing i did understand, "the dumbest tech, ever".

for me the dumbest tech ever was the guy at Iomega i talked to.

i had an iomega internal drive go bad on me. Every time i would plug it in, my PC wouldn't post. I'd take it out and boot up no problems. i tried it with many different combinations and everytime the iomega was plugged in the PC wouldn't post. so i call iomega to get the thing RMA'd.

i tell the tech, ya, every time i plug in the Iomega, my PC won't POST, NOTHING, nada.

he says to me, put a dos floppy in A: and reboot.

I repeat to him, i'm not sure you understand me, I'M not POST ing at all. as in, i'm not getting past the BIOS, apparently this tech didn't know "bios" or "post"

i finally had to follow along and say, yes i did this, i did that, untill he passed me to level 2.

OMFG, some people are just too stupid for words.
