Every now and then my door slips and when I close it I have to pull the handle up hard and when I put the wheels on the hinges several times it helped, but the hinges are mounted on a rotten wooden frame and they keep sliding and it got to the point that if I he also put some even thin ones on the hinges, then it wouldn't be possible to put the door on these hinges, but in order to close the door comfortably, the wheels would have to be thick and the wheels would have to be added endlessly and there would be no more space on the hinges to add wheels. so what should I do now?

I'm not sure how wheels would help a hinged door. Beyond that, the picture seems to show a broken hinge that's been "fixed" by someone that has no idea of what they're doing. Along with that I'll point out that no wheels or oddly placed screws will correct rotten wood.

What OP means by "wheels" is WASHERS used as spacers around the hinge pins.

Fix door frame / hinge pocket(slot) first. With wood/wood filler/bondo? Don't know if Bondo is strong enough.

Search tutorials on youtube.
