My first thought of Hillarys stage was how impressive it was. it was the stage of an epic acceptance speech. Trumps stage looked like it was rushly put together in a high school gym. It looked like the stage of someone who would concede.

I havent read anything about the stages , but it really cements how absolutely astonishing of an upset this was.

All the glitter and gold was set and Hillary from what I understand never even stepped onto it.

As somebody else put it - she abandoned her people in the middle of the night again.

They were so ready for the coronation that they forgot about voting. You knew she knew it was over when they cancelled the fireworks.

There was apparently a glass ceiling theme, with the confetti designed to simulate it breaking.

There was nothing organic about her staging, she expected a coronation, and was denied.
