DessertCart, I'm sorry the members here have been giving you such a hard time. As the official smiley/happy person of these forums, and fellow psychology enthousiast, allow me to assist you please in determining what the problems are.

You see, RedDawn here is a really swell guy. He's never mean or vindictive and generally is the sweetest person you can find. Why on Saturdays, I think he volunteers his time for such programs as meals-on-wheels. I have seen him in the paper for the wonderful work he does in his community. You should consider him an ally as he's quite a good-hearted, gently soul.

Russ here is a misanthropic ogre. As you can see from his angry posts, he is suffering from sexual frustration. My current hypothesis is that he had a series of negative encounters at childhood contributing to his overall maladaptive and neurotic state. I have offered free consultation before, but he is in denial. That is so sad. Perhaps if we join forces, we can help.

Baffled is just one sad, twisted person who enjoyts the vicarious suffering of human beings. I try so hard to show her the errors of her ways but it is obvious that she too would benefit from us looking back into her childhood so she can give herself a big hug and realize that it's not her fault she's the way she is. Probably, her parents spanked her as a child. I think we both know how damaging that can be.

Texmaster is a liberal pansy. Why just look at the vigor and passion he pursues you unable to clearly recognize your intellectual superiority. I believe he has a small penis and thus posts on a forum making fun of people just to affirm his own (lack of) manhood. I really don't see a way we can rectify this so I propose just ignoring him like the little child he is.

Ignore people like jjones and ToBeMe, I think it is obvious that the nice folks like RedDawn, you, me and, well... that's about it realize that we're just here to help all of these screw-up reject losers with their pitiful and pathetic lives. Let's see what we can do together to help.

now the rest of you, bee nicee. ;)

Cheers ! :)

Linuxboy,

It's obvious you've never been to a zoo. Otherwise, you would know not to feed the monkey.

Now Russ, let's not start placing blame. I have been to the zoo and I hear monkeys throw poop so I don't feed them. ;)

although point noted.

DessertCart, are you for real mate? The preceding post was a joke if you are. Heck, it was a joke if you're not.

You know Russ, I really am bored...

Cheers ! :)

What is that famous Shakespearean saying? The evil that men do lives after them; The good is oft interred with their bones.

Gosh! Red Dawn you have been so gentle today. I am impressed. I think some supreme authority is listening to your resolution this [new] year, which was to be good and nice to all people (or do I have it wrong?). Very nice and congrats, my friend! ;)

DessertCart, don't try to read it 'cuz you have it so wrong today. It was a miracle to see Red Dawn act polite today. Be grateful and celebrate 'cuz it was almost impossible to see that before. Hon', first time impression is always deceiving . . . so take you time to know or observe people's nature. ;)

Btw, I have no problem with people stating that something is a repost--provided it isn't ages old, but it is only courteous to provide the link for those who may not have seen it previously. The search engine here is not that useful. . . . Of course in this case the original person to notify you o\f the repost was not quite polite in his manner of approach, but that is his nature which you will see more of except by miracle.

Now, DessertCart, go rest and have a dessert to cool you off. It isn't that deep at the moment, so don't put your energy into it. ;)

DessertCart: Why must you insist on constantly reminding us of MENSA affiliation and how smart you are?

Well.............don't know about the rest of you, but, IMHO that's called overcompensation......................;) This is most likely his shortcoming and thus he feels the need to mention it often. Happens a lot to people whom are insecure about the certain point they dwell upon. It's not obvious to the one doing it, but, very obvious to the rest of us..................;)

I am not MENSA, but my grandfather was, as well as my father and uncle.

Their names are Van Vurren. They are the only three Van Vurren's that are members.

burnout, because very few of us are this gifted, but I don't mean to brag.

I see.

May I pose a question? Since you are so gifted, then what's up with your attention to detail? I go by burnedout (although I act like a 'burnout' at times :p ).

What I imply is simply this: Should one desires to prove their inherent sophistication, shouldn't attention to detail and proper punctuation matter?

Sooner or later an earth mover is going to come along and fill in the hole this doophus is digging. It'll need to be a very large capacity unit, though.
