The diffrence between blood pressure monitors?

Im looking at two blood pressure monitors over at buy.com. There's a wrist and arm one, whats the difference? is one more accurate then the other?

Thanks 🙂

I would recommend the arm one. Technically they will be equally as accurate. The problem is that you have to have the monitor at "heart level". The arm blood pressure monitor is by default at heart level. The wrist blood pressure monitor must be elevated so that it's in the same height as your heart to get accurate and repeatable results.

I have and use a wrist monitor. It's pretty easy to make your wrist be at heart level. Sit, raise arm, take reading.
